Danielle Procopio of Vineland recently graduated from Rutger’s University in New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology with a minor in psychology. While at the university, Procopio played Division I softball for the Scarlet Knights. She plans to continue her studies at the university and complete a master’s degree in education.

Procopio is a 2007 honors graduate of Vineland High School.

Audria Joann Washington, 5, was selected as a state finalist for the National American Miss New Jersey Pageant, for girls ages 4 to 6, to be held Aug. 24 and 25 at the Hilton East Brunswick.

The winner of the pageant will receive $1,000, a crown, a banner and air transportation to compete in the national pageant at Disneyland in California.

Audria’s activities include gymnastics, bike riding, reading, singing and dancing.

Norrel Rose Sainsott, daughter of Mark and Michele Sainsott of Vineland, graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Arts in clinical psychology. She also received the 2012 Academic Achievement Award from the Department of Psychology.

She plans to continue her graduate studies at Rutgers University in the fall.
