Roger Jansen 

GRAND RAPIDS, MI - Roger Jansen, a psychologist and chief human resource officer for Spectrum Health, has been named senior vice president of strategy.

Jansen will serve a dual role leading Spectrum's strategic planning and overseeing human resource functions, Spectrum Health said in an announcement Thursday, Aug. 21.

Jansen, who joined Spectrum Health in 2011, is the former Chief Executive Officer of Thinkwise. He also served as president of the consulting firm Leadership Capital Group and as a corporate psychologist at Human Resource Associates in Grand Rapids.

He also was a psychologist with a focus in the areas of clinical psychology, neuropsychology and education. And he founded New Dimension Software LLC, which focused on entertainment and business applications.
