Psychological test ordered for teen

A Berrien County teenager charged with murdering her boyfriend will undergo a psychological evaluation, WSBT-TV reported.

Friday morning a judge signed an order that 17-year-old Destiny Coulson should be sent to the state "center for Forensic Psychology" in Ypsilanti, Mich.

Coulson's attorney says he thinks she is not competent to stand trial and filed a motion Friday with the judge to have her evaluated.

Coulson is being charged as an adult and is facing second degree murder charges. She's accused of shooting and killing 21-year-old David "DJ" Quinn Jr. in his home near Eau Claire in January when she was just 16.
