Paul “Marty” and Pat Martin of Greenville announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Brittany Martin, to Christopher Duke Brown II, son of Christopher and April Brown of Columbus, Ohio.

Lauren is a 2001 graduate of Muhlenberg South High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Western Kentucky University in 2004, a Specialist in Education degree in school psychology from WKU in 2007 and will graduate from WKU in May 2014 with a Doctor of Education degree in educational leadership with an emphasis in P-12 educational administration. She is employed by Warren County Public Schools as a school psychologist.
