Keystone Counseling and Evaluation Services expands to new office location

LOCK HAVEN -Keystone Counseling and Evaluation Services has expanded its practice and is introducing several additional mental health professionals, according to Donna Santucci, licensed professional counselor.

Santucci said the private practice for psychotherapy and psychological evaluations is now capable of serving the Clinton-Lycoming area's mental health needs to a greater extent than ever before.

The practice has welcomed the addition of several mental health professionals over the last six months at its new office facility at 120 S. Highland St., Santucci said.

In addition to the general practice of psychotherapy and psychological testing services, Keystone Counseling and Evaluation Services can now offer:

- Autism diagnosis and treatment

- Sex offender rehabilitation

- Survivors of sexual abuse treatment

- Court ordered anger management

- Lesbian/Gay/Bi-Sexual/Trans-Gender (LGBT) mental health counseling

- Senior Citizen/End of Life/Chronic Pain mental health needs

- Children (ages 6-18)

The new professionals and staff members include:

- Mina Blair, M.S.W., is a Licensed Social Worker. She received her Masters of Social Work from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mina served in the Army National Guard until she was honorably discharged in May of 2007. She is a seasoned therapist in the mental health field, having practiced in clinics, hospitals, and hospice settings for areas relating to foster care, sexual/domestic abuse, HIV/AIDS, drugs and/or alcohol, and other behavioral health issues. In 2013, Mina will become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and be eligible to receive both Medicaid (the Access Card) and Medicare insured clients once credentialed.

- Stephanie A. Kisko, M.A., is a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Professional (CCDP), and a Certified Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor (CAADC). She joined Keystone Counseling and Evaluation Services in 2012. Stephanie graduated from Bloomsburg University having studied Psychology and Sociology, with an emphasis in Criminal Justice issues. She achieved her Masters in Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2005. Stephanie specializes in working with adults and children regarding substance abuse problems, criminal justice issues, and LGBT related issues.

- Jodi Holman, M.A., received her master's degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Penn State University, and a B.A. from Temple University in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology. Jodi specializes in psychometry, and is especially qualified to administer and interpret a variety of Standardized Measured Tests. She has experience working with children, young adults, adults, couples and families.

- Victoria C. Motter, M.Ed., is a National Board Certified Counselor specializing in working with children, young adults, and families. Victoria graduated with honors from Penn State University with a Masters of Education in Counseling, and from Lock Haven University with a B.S. in Psychology. Victoria's certifications as a School Counselor, Licensed Behavioral Specialist Consultant, Functional Behavior Analyst, and in Child Adolescent Functional Assessment Scales (CAFAS) especially qualify her to work with children and families dealing with issues like Autism, PDD, ADHD and ODD.

- Rebecca M. Wright, M.P.A., is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Rebecca has been with Keystone Counseling and Evaluation Services since 2009, and in 2012 became the Clinical Supervisor and Program Director for the quickly growing facility. She received her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Lycoming College in 1988 and her master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Marywood University in 1996. She is a Clinically Certified Forensics Counselor, as well as a member of the American College of Certified Forensic Counselors. As a professional counselor, Rebecca applies a combination of therapeutic models including rational-emotive therapy, reality-based therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Her experience has been in assisting clients with many issues, including, but not limited to, stress, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, crisis management, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress, self-esteem issues, sexual abuse treatment for both victims and offenders, as well as basic life management skills. Her experience has been with individuals of all ages, groups, and cognitive levels. In 2013, she completed the Sexual Offender Treatment Specialist Certification, and is a Preferred Provider of Sexual Offenders with the Pennsylvania Sexual Offender Assessment Board. Rebecca also has ample experience providing court related assessments, appearing as an expert witness, and working with the legal system often over the years.

- Sarah McCloskey, M.S.W., is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that has been with Keystone Counseling and Evaluation Services for a number of years. She specializes in treating individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, abuse, relationship issues, and every day stressors. Additionally, Sarah has extensive experience with the elderly population and individuals on hospice care. As a result, she is especially trained to treat persons experiencing death and dying related issues, extreme and/or chronic pain, medical issues, and aging. She is our only therapist that accepts Medicare clients.
