CHANDIGARH: International Society of Mental Training for Excellence (ISMTE) has decided to honour noted global experts in Mental Training Prof. Terry Orlick (Canada), Prof. Lars-Eric Unestahl (Sweden) and Prof. Emeritus Jitendra Mohan (India) with the life time
achievement award.

The decision was taken at the Third World Congress on Excellence,which concluded at Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh today.

PU Dean University Instructions (DUI) Prof. A.K. Bhandari was the chief guest on the valedictory function. He congratulated the organizers for organizing World Congress on Excellence, which is very relevant in present context.

Memorandum of Understanding was also signed between Antioch University (Seattle) and Department of Psychology, PU on this occasion. Renowned international delegations were awarded with certificates of Excellence for their contribution during the conference.

About 700 national and international delegates participated in the World Congress,which was organized by PU Department of Psychology on behalf of ISMTE, in conjunction with Asia Pacific Association of Psychology. This is the first time when this prestigious World Congress in the field of Psychology is being hosted in India.

World renowned Psychologists, Mental Trainers, Management Experts, Medical Scientists,Neurologists and Yoga experts deliberated various relevant issues. The Congress presented a variety of ideas, activities and opportunities. It provided an apt forum for enrichment and empowerment of minds.
