Mindfulness Practices for Everyday Life: This 8-week course introduces several basic concepts and exercises for developing mindfulness, and incorporates practical neuroscience and somatic psychology throughout.

Dave Wofford completed his MA in Psychology and Counseling after completion of his thesis articulating the overlap and tension between Buddhism and western psychology. His contemplative training began in 1998, and has included significant experience in multiple traditions, including several multiple-day retreats in the U.S. and India. He has been working with students since 2000.
