Create an ‘ideal state’ for your fitness

I was recently reading a book on the psychology of athletic
preparation and performance, which included a list of what it takes
to achieve the "ideal performance state."

When reading the list, I, of course, applied it to personal
wellness, and realized that whether a professional athlete has a
goal of winning his or her sport's highest accolade, or you are
trying to optimize your wellness, the road to get there is
similar.
