Brandie Tallman Arnold, Maidencreek Township, received a doctor of psychology in school psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She received the Provost's Award for academic excellence.
Arnold is a 1993 graduate of Elizabethtown College and received a master's degree from Millersville University in 1996.
