Lucky’s Market opening Wednesday in Naples

Lucky’s Market, a natural, organic and specialty market, will hold its grand opening celebration at 10 a.m. Wednesday at its new location in the Naples Towne Centre, 3815 Tamiami Trail East.

The event will feature a bacon-cutting ceremony with local officials and the business will distribute more than $10,000 in impact grant donations to three organizations: Blessings for Backpacks, Bikes for Tykes and the Harry Chapin Food Bank.

New home watch business opens

Allied Home Watch, a new local addition to the home watch industry, recently opened. Owners Jason and Melissa McGarvey are full-time Estero residents with experience in project management and insurance. The business will serve homes in Estero, Bonita Springs, and Naples.

Fort Myers psychologists announce retirement

Fort Myers psychologists, Drs. Robert and Deborah Coe Silver, recently announced their retirement from clinical practice. The Silvers founded Silver Psychology Center in 1978, growing the practice over the years to half a dozen behavioral and mental health professionals.

In 2015, Silver Psychology Center merged with Comprehensive MedPsych Systems, Inc. CMPS/Fort Myers is a group of six professionals including psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, psychologists and psychotherapists, specializing in psychodiagnostic testing, child psychology, adult psychology, family psychology and neuropsychology. The services are offered in a private practice model rather than the traditional community health center model.

Two psychiatrists, Dr. Marianne Krouk and Dr. Denise Dutchak, who recently joined the practice, will provide psychiatric medication management and counseling.

Drs. Robert and Deborah Coe Silver will continue to work on community projects and actively market and promote the continued services of CMPS staff.

Wynn appointed to Fed branch

Michael A. Wynn, board chairman and president of Sunshine Ace Hardware, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s Miami Branch. His term began Jan. 1 and will run through Dec. 31, 2018.

Wynn has served as board chairman and president of Sunshine Ace Hardware in Naples since 2005. Wynn received a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of South Florida in 1997 and a master’s in business administration from FGCU in 2005.
