Yellow Springs Class of 2015 graduates

YELLOW SPRINGS — Yellow Springs High School Class of 2015 graduated 57 seniors in a commencement ceremony at the high school’s gymnasium Thursday.

The class included three foreign exchange students and eight graduates of the Greene County Career Center. The class has accepted $31,216 in local scholarships. Fourty-six students will attend a college or university and five plan to enter the workforce.

Valedictorian Mollye Malone graduated with a 4.095 GPA. She intends to study engineering, business, and education but probably not all at once. In the fall, she will attend the University of Kentucky.

Salutatorian Dylan Boczar was born in New Haven, Conn. His family moved three times, and he eventually ended up in Yellow Springs. He loves listening to music and is passionate about education, personal freedom, and psychology. This fall, Dylan plans to take his talents to Oberlin College, where he will study psychology and branch out into neuroscience.
