Samantha Wong, daughter of Lary Julie Wong of Grayslake, was named with Highest Honors to the spring semester dean's list at Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The dean's list includes full-time students with a grade point average during the semester of 3.65 out of 4.0 or higher. Samantha is pursuing a degree in Psychology at Northwestern.

Highest honors are awarded to students with a GPA of 3.90-4.0, high honors are awarded to students with a GPA of 3.75-3.89 and honors are awarded to students with a GPA of 3.65-3.74.

Northwestern College is a private Christian liberal arts college offering more than 70 areas of study, five master's degrees and several associate degree and certificate programs.

More than 3,000 students representing 33 states and 19 countries are enrolled in Northwestern's traditional undergraduate and graduate and continuing education programs. Northwestern Media, a ministry of Northwestern College, operates 14 listener-supported radio stations throughout the Midwest.
