Woman completes psychology college exam while in labour

Collins finished the test in less than two hours.

On November 12, Tommitrise Collins's sister Shanell Brinkley-Chapman posted this photo of Collins casually finishing a psychology exam while she pushed out a baby.

Because the Macon, Georgia, woman threw caution to the wind at Coliseum Medical Center last Thursday, choosing to take the test while in labor provided she hadn't taken painkillers and "if I'm not in too much pain", WAGA-TV reported. Her shared a photo on Facebook that shows Collins sitting on her hospital bed while taking the test. The photo has been shared over 14,000 times. While doing so, her sister snapped a picture that has since gone viral.

The 21-year-old said she wanted to enjoy life with her newborn, Tyler Elise, after the birth so chose to sit the exam during it.

Chapman was supposed to travel to the Bahamas last week to celebrate her anniversary, but delayed the trip to be there with her sister. However, she wasn't satisfied with her first score so she requested to take the test over and ended up with a "B" on the exam.

Collins later gave birth to a healthy daughter, Tyler Elise, at a Macon, Ga., hospital.

You might say that in Collins' version of "The Matrix", she sports a Neo streak a mile wide.

Collins told the TV station she was just trying to maintain her 3.6 GPA ahead of her scheduled 2016 graduation with a major in criminal justice. She doesn't expect the newborn to deter her from that goal, she said.
