WARREN - A local psychologist has agreed to turn in his credentials July 1 and no longer practice instead of facing administrative action by the Ohio Board of Psychology.

Dr. D. Terrence Heltzel, with offices at 8577 E. Market St., Howland, and 977 Boardman-Canfield Road, Boardman, agreed to the action in a consent agreement approved by the board at an April 29 meeting.

Heltzel, who started practicing in 1981, also agreed to not re-apply to practice in Ohio.
