HANGZHOU, China, Aug. 1, 2013 -- /PRNewswire/ - Neologic Animation Inc. (OTCQB: NANI) (OTCBB:NANI),- (The Company), an educational software company in the People's Republic of China,
announced today that Liang Shehong has joined the Company as the head of its Human
Resources.

Ms. Shehong graduated from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou with a
Masters in Management Psychology in 2004 and is currently working
towards her Doctorate in Psychology from the China Academy of Science
Psychology Research Institute.  She joins the Company from the Human
Resources Department of Zhejiang Guangsha Building Group of Hangzhou,
which is a well-known real estate development company where she has
worked from September 2004 to current.

"Ms. Shehong's considerable experience and training will be important to
the growth of the Company," said President and CEO Hongxiao Zhang.
