Barbara Kozusznik, professor and chair of work and organizational psychology at the University of Silesia, Poland, and Jose Maria Peiro, professor of work and organizational psychology at the University of Valencia, Spain, will speak at the University of Baltimore on Monday, April 20 as guests of the Master of Science in Applied Psychology program in UB's Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences. The back-to-back discussions, covering elements of their expertise in a range of work and organizational pyschology, are free and open to the UB community.
Kozusznik will speak on "Industrial-Organizational Psychology in Poland—Struggling for Identity." Peiro, who also serves as the director of the Research Institute of Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life, will present "A Multifaceted Model to Analyze and Manage Change in Organizations." The talks will take place from 5:30-7 p.m. in the University of Baltimore’s Learning Commons Town Hall, 1415 Maryland Ave.
