Twin Ports Undergraduate Psychology Conference April 22 – University of Wisconsin

he Twin Ports Undergraduate Psychology conference takes place every spring and is hosted by three institutions: University of Wisconsin-Superior, College of Saint Scholastica and University of Minnesota-Duluth. This year the event will be on Monday April 22nd at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. The event sponsors poster and paper presentations from students from all sub-disciplines of Psychology. This year the Keynote address, "Evaluating Student Misconceptions of Psychology Knowledge towards a Process of Revision," will be given by Dr. Karla Lassonde, Assistant Professor of Psychology at Minnesota State University-Mankato. In addition to the research aspects of the conference, this year we will include a professional development piece as well. Graduate schools will be invited to talk to students about various opportunities in their schools.
