TNS Employee Insights will be joining the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) professionals as an exhibitor at the 28th annual SIOP Conference in Houston, TX from April 11 – 13. Considered one of the premier events in industrial-organizational psychology, SIOP 2013 will feature more than 300 sessions, an exhibit hall, social activities, and a job placement center. According to the organization’s website, SIOP was established in 1982 and its members are dedicated to applying psychology to people in the workplace. “Their field of psychology tries to understand and measure human behavior to improve employees’ satisfaction in their work, employers’ ability to select and promote the best people, and to generally make the workplace better for the men and women who work there.”

The 28th annual conference will be held at the Hilton Americas in Houston, TX. In addition to consortium meetings and master collaboration sessions, conference participants will have the opportunity to attend a full day of Theme Track programming. Sessions are designed to appeal to practitioners and academics of all levels, and which are focused on impactful interventions, programs and I/O systems.
