The Sedona Method for releasing feelings

What would happen if you never cleaned out your closet? You’d run out of room for new clothes to try out as you go through life! And that would be way less fun. Also, trying to pack more stuff into your closet would be frustrating. On the other hand, a well-managed closet would peacefully welcome new clothes.


We all have emotional reactions to things gone wrong which clutter up our emotional lives, and for which we need to find storage or release so that we can keep our current lives simple and enjoyable. Many techniques have been developed for emotional release, to clean out our emotional closets and make room for new experiences. I am hoping to pique your interest by describing just a few today. In a starring role will be “The Sedona Method. Your Key to Lasting Happiness, Success, Peace and Emotional Well-being,” by Hale Dwoskin. The ideas and steps involved follow.
