Techniques on How to Increase Recall

According to a psychological study published in Legal and Criminology Psychology journal it is demonstrated that closing eyes while trying to recall some information helps recalling process.

The study led by Robert Nash has proved something that is known by everyone scientifically. 178 participations have been included to the research about memory. Participations have watched a movie for answering a series of questions about it later. A group of them are asked to answer questions by closing their eyes; and the rest is asked to reply by thinking with opened eyes.

The result is like everyone expected. Ones who closed their eyes while thinking have given 23% more correct answers than other ones. Nash said that closing eyes help recalling just like building rapport does.
