Stockholm hosts 13th European Congress of Psychology

Over 3000 psychologists will attend the 13th European Congress of Psychology (ECP2013) held by the European Federation of Psychologists Associations (EFPA) in Stockholm from 9-12 July 2013. 

EFPA is the leading federation of National Psychology Associations and provides a forum for European cooperation in a wide range of fields of academic training, psychology practice and research. As one of the 35 EFPA member organisations the Society will be represented by Dr Richard Mallows, President Elect and Professor Ann Colley, Chief Executive Officer.

The congress, held every two years, is being hosted by the Swedish Psychological Association and will provide excellent opportunity for participants to network, by exchanging and debating new directions in the broad area of psychology.

Keynote speakers include Professor Elisabeth Loftus (University of California at Irvine), Professor Gerhard Andersson, Linköping University, Sweden and Professor José Maria Peiro, University of Valencia, Spain. A full list of keynote speakers can be viewed on the ECP2013 website.
