A State College doctor is no longer allowed to practice psychology.  The State Board revoked Richard Lenhart's license and he is ordered to pay sixty eight thousand dollars in penalties, according to the Centre Daily Times.  He was charged with more than one hundred counts of professional misconduct in January.  Two of Lenhart's former patients said they were sexually assaulted in therapy.  Lenhart claims it was part of the treatment.
