When your child goes back to school this year, chances are they'll be bringing a smart phone with them.

In today's Momseveryday minute, how teachers are incorporating cell phones in the classroom.

We spoke with an AP Psychology teacher who teaches her students how to organize assignments with their cell phones.

One thing that I've done is try to teach them how to organize everything that they're finding so, some ways I've done that is teach kids how to utilize Pinterest because a lot of kids really like Pinterest.

And they can actually create a board, let's say, for biological psychology or the brain.

And then go find the information and pin those websites to Pinterest.

She is also a fan of the many apps that help students enhance their reading, spelling, writing and math skills.

Students can also text answers to their teacher for instant feedback.

As for distraction, she says it's up to the teachers to engage their students, so they don't feel the need to pick up their phone unless instructed to.
