The Monadnock Folklore Society has announced that Will Huntley, 13, of Marlow is the 2015 Johnny Trombly Memorial Scholarship recipient.

The Johnny Trombly Memorial Scholarship fund was established in 2004 to support and encourage young musicians interested in playing piano or other instruments for traditional New England dance music, an American dance music form that includes contra dance and square dance music. Applications are accepted Jan. 1 through March 15 and online at http://monadnockfolk.org/wp-content/uploads/Trombly/Scholarship%202010.pdf
