DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Rivier University seeks a full-time tenure track faculty member to join the Division of Education beginning August 2013. We invite applications for a tenure track position a Director of Training for the Doctoral Program for School Psychology and Counseling. The candidate is expected to be actively involved in teaching, advising, supervision, and dissertation committee work for doctoral students in a new program in school psychology and counseling. Responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of training sites and on-going coordination of graduate and doctoral student internships.

QUALIFICATIONS:
We seek a dynamic candidate with a research agenda who has the ability and willingness to support the mission of the University in all daily activities and whose teaching, research, and professional clinical experience provides leadership throughout the students program of study and clinical internships. The position includes teaching in a variety of courses at the doctoral and graduate level, supervision of internships for doctoral students, and service to the academic and wider community.

Applicants with experience, knowledge, and scholarship in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
Earned doctorate from an APA accredited training program with a minimum of ten years professional experience in clinical practice;
Graduate and doctoral teaching and internship supervision;
Experience and promise in advising and mentoring doctoral students on dissertation committees;
Demonstrated agenda of scholarship including research, publications, and presentations in an area of clinical practice, school psychology and counseling; and,
Opportunities for oversight of other graduate programs commensurate with background and experience.
