BRIDGEPORT – Housatonic Community College will hold a Psychology Fair featuring a student research poster gallery exhibit, a mental wellness resource fair, and speakers on a variety of subjects from 10 to 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 30.

The program is free and open to the public. Professionals in the health field will discuss such topics as “The Health Benefits of Giving and Receiving Attention,” “Nature vs. Nurture: Parenting for Prevention in the Context of Genetic Risk,” and “What Dementia Can Teach Us about Creativity.” 

The event takes place in the Events Center in Beacon Hall. Housatonic is located at 900 Lafayette Blvd. Free parking is available.
