Psychologist Testifies in Trial of Convicted Rapist

Convicted rapist Mark T. Robinson got aroused by controlling, humiliating and threatening the women he raped, according to a mental health expert hired by the state who testified in Lewis County Superior Court Friday.


Mark Patterson, who has a Ph.D. in psychology, completed two sexually violent predator evaluations of Robinson, one in 2011 prior to the end of his prison sentence, and the other in March 2013.
