She is the principal owner of Carly Fisher Consulting now based in Parkes.

Carly graduated from Red Bend in 2002 and went on to complete her studies in Canberra.

After eight years experience working in both private settings (Hall Psychology Practice; Calvary Hyson Green Private Psychiatric Hospital) and corporate consulting (CEB formerly SHL) in Canberra, Carly moved to Mount Isa in Central Queensland in 2010.

There she worked full time in private practice across a range of client bases and presentations in rural and remote communities.

Carly relocated to Parkes in early 2013 and continues her work in private practice.

Her passion is in working with children, adolescents, adults and couples to encourage them to take ownership of their wellbeing, whilst providing support and active therapy and intervention to encourage positive mental health and growth.

Carly is passionate about working with anxiety; depression, trauma, and stress in children and adolescents.

In particular she loves working with children diagnosed with Autism and other Pervasive Developmental Disorders, as well as intelligence testing and learning assessment to design tailored development programs.

Carly balances her time between private practice and her role as a Senior Consultant Associate with CEB Australia in organisational psychology.

She works closely with the private sector, federal and state government departments to deliver leadership and talent development strategies; succession planning; corporate and executive coaching; recruitment and retention redesign and objective assessment in the workplace.

Carly is currently working part time from Parkes General Practice.
