Misericordia U. Psychology Club Relieves Stress

The Misericordia University Psychology Club, in cooperation with Active Minds, gave students the chance to relieve stress by hosting a balloon release in recognition of National Stress Out Day. The groups offered free helium-filled balloons to students who were encouraged to write on the balloon a source of their stress. They then took the balloons outside to release them and let their stress symbolically fly away. The groups also provided lifestyle suggestions to help reduce stress and anxiety as the students head into the last few weeks of their academic semester.
