BALLSTON SPA — Maureen Donnally of Ballston Spa, N.Y. - David Meath of Hinesburg, Vt. announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Meath to Andrew Ohrin, son of Joan Ohrin - the late Dennis Ohrin.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Plattsburgh High School. She graduated from SUNY Albany in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. Meath went on to graduate from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2009 with a Master of Arts degree in forensic psychology. She is a doctoral candidate in the Clinical Psychology Psy. D. program at Antioch University New England with an expected completion in 2014. She is currently completing a pre-doctoral internship with the New York State Department of Mental Health.
Her fianc^ is a 2002 graduate of Maple Hill High School. He graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics secondary education, and in 2008 graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Masters of Science degree in education. He currently teaches high school mathematics in the Hudson City School district.
An August 2014 wedding is planned.
