Caitlin Maloney and Mark Speck, both of Bend, plan to marry next winter in Central Oregon.
The future bride is the daughter of Nancy Maloney, of Bend, and the late Dennis Maloney. She is a 2007 graduate of Bend High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Oregon, where she studied psychology and sociology. She plans to pursue a doctorate in clinical psychology in the fall.
The future groom is the son of Rose Speck, of Bend, and the late Paul Speck. He is a 2007 graduate of Bend High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Oregon, where he studied political science. He works as an educational assistant at Bend High School and plans to pursue a master’s degree in education in the fall.
