Losing weight is linked to emotions.

You might remember last year I spoke with a PhD student who was studying why some people find it easier than others to lose excess weight and maintain their weight losses, and how much of that success or otherwise was tied up to our emotions. Seems the answer might be - lots! Jacques Rizk is from Griffith University's School of Psychology. Jacques has a weight loss comparison survey and encourages everyone to log and and answer the questions. no matter what their body shape is.
