Overview:
The School of Applied Psychology currently has 45 full-time academic staff and a number of research fellows across two campuses (Gold Coast and Mt Gravatt), whose teaching and research interests span clinical, organizational, cognitive, social, developmental, forensic, health and experimental psychology.

To enhance a strong organisational research and teaching profile, the School of Applied Psychology wishes to make a full-time continuing appointment at its Mt Gravatt, Queensland campus.

This is a continuing, full time position based at the Mt Gravatt campus.

The role:
The person appointed will have a strong research profile in organisational psychology, be committed to teaching excellence, and be able to supervise fourth year and postgraduate research higher degree student projects.

The person:
The appointee will have a PhD in Psychology and be developing a research profile in organisational psychology; be committed to teaching excellence in both the undergraduate and postgraduate programs; be able to supervise fourth year and postgraduate research higher degree student projects.  The appointee will also be eligible for registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, and be eligible for an area of practice endorsement as an organisational psychologist.

Salary range:
Lecturer, Level B: $79,377 - $94,263 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $92,872 - $110,288 per annum.
