The topic connection to this forum, is that you would never see an Aston Martin driver doing this.

On occasions when a motorway is fairly clear (usually only at night these days), we are all familiar with the centre lane hogger.

Some years ago, the M40 was widened from three to four lanes (J3 High Wycombe eastwards).

The previous lane 2 hoggers, now drive in lane 3, even though there might not be any traffic in lanes 1 or 2.

Is the behavioral psychology, that there is a compulsion to drive in any lane, which leaves just one spare lane on their offside?
