Johanna Puff is a new first grade teacher at Columbine Elementary School.

Originally from Glenwood Springs, she most recently resided in Denver. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Mesa State College in Grand Junction in 1997, a masters in elementary education from Regis University in Denver in 2012 and is currently completing her CLD endorsement at Regis.

She was inducted into Psi Chi, the National Psychology Honor Society in 1995.

She previously taught at preschool and kindergarten at Webly Montessori and Mapleton Public Schools. and did after school tutoring.

She has done floral arrangements for four weddings and has traveled to Malawi, Africa as well as Tonga in the Pacific Islands. She enjoys reading, going to the Botanic Gardens and spending time with her niece Ruby, 3 and nephew Cooper, 5.
