Additional Information: This post is a fixed term contract to commence February 2015 for 9 weeks until June 2015.  

Applications are invited from graduates in a Social Science discipline to assist and provide expertise in a project on student employability. The principal purpose of the post will be to support a research project which aims to understand undergraduate students’ perceptions of employability. 

The project will involve the development of materials, review of the relevant literature, collection of qualitative data, analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, use of template analysis and multivariate statistics, interpretation and report-writing. Involvement in the project will be part-time over 5 months in total, starting in February 2015.

The researcher will work within an interdisciplinary team and the School's Employability team. They will  be responsible to Dr Maria Karanika-Murray (Division of Psychology) and Helen Reed (Social Work and Professional Practice).
