In Business: St. Cloud Area Chamber adds Bina to team

The St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce recently hired Whitney Bina as the communications and workforce development coordinator.

She will be responsible for producing news releases, newsletters, brochures and working with Chamber volunteers on business training programs.

Naomi Kowalik, certified financial planner with Kowalik Associates LLC, recently completed a five-day training program called Inward Bound, hosted by the Suddenly Money Institute. The training focused on practical approaches to working with clients who are navigating financial and life transitions.

Licensed psychologist Emily Urke has joined Catholic Charities’ Caritas Mental Health Clinic as clinic manager. Urke is a graduate of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a native of the St. Cloud area.

Independent Lifestyles has hired Emelia Westerberg as an independent living specialist. Westerberg is a recent graduate of St. Cloud State University.
