David Koskinen and Sheri Siegelbaum of Upper Saddle River announce the engagement of their daughter, Hillary Koskinen, to Claudio Vescio, son of Vittorio and Pasqualina Vescio of Warren.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Northern Highlands Regional High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Purchase College (SUNY) and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University. She is currently attending the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she is studying for her Clinical Doctorate in Psychology. She also works as a Crisis Clinician at the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Watchung Hills Regional High School. He received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Steven's Institute of Technology. Claudio is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New Jersey and works for Gannett Fleming Engineers and Architects in Manhattan as a structural engineer.

A September, 2013 wedding is planned.
