Help for psychology researchers to attend academic conferences

Are you a postdoctoral researcher who wishes to attend a conference in the UK or abroad? If so, the British Psychological Society may be able to help.

The BPS’s Research Board makes bursaries available to support UK postdoctoral psychology researchers and lecturers to attend an academic conference, either in the UK or internationally, relevant to their work.

Each bursary is up to £150 (for UK conferences) or £300 (for international conferences) to contribute towards the costs of registration and travel to attend the full conference. You do not have to be a member of the Society to apply.

The current round of bursaries opened on 1 July 2015 and applications must be received by 1 October 2015.

You can find more information on the scheme, including details of how to apply, on this website.
