Greatlife Psychology Centre provides individual, couples and family counseling. We also provide assessments to identify the learning needs of children and adolescents. We place a heavy emphasis on family dynamics, working hard to repair relationships that may have been damaged and left unresolved. We have experience with anxiety, depression, anger management, stress, relationship issues, parent/teen conflict and emotional issues such as low self-esteem.
Rod Woitas, B.Ed., M.A., Registered Psychologist (Monday-Thursday 5 pm – 8 pm)
Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach I focus on helping clients develop coping strategies to deal with anxiety, anger, depression, relationship issues, parent/teen conflict, stress at work, and struggles at school.
Tracy Suter, B.FA, M.C., Clinical Counselor (Monday, Tuesday Thursday 10 am – 2 pm)
I take a nonjudgmental, developmental approach to understanding the origins of emotional pain, and take a solution focused, strength based approach to therapy. My style is direct and personable and I view each client as a key resource and collaborator in the course of their treatment and recovery. I also have a background in art therapy, if this therapeutic method is of interest to you, I would be happy to explain it in more detail prior to booking a session- these sessions are generally 1.5 hours.
