Free course in Swindon to help asthma sufferers

LIFT Psychology is running a new course that aims to help adults understand more about asthma and to teach them techniques to better manage it.

The free course will be run by a respiratory nurse from the GWH and a member of the LIFT Psychology team. People need to be registered with a GP within Wiltshire to be able to attend.

It starts on September 6 and runs for five weekly sessions from 6.30-8.30pm in the psychology base at Old Town Surgery, in Curie Avenue.
