Louie talks with Michelle Miller, Director of the First Year Learning Initiative and Professor of Psychological Sciences at Northern Arizona University.  Miller is a cognitive psychologist whose research focuses on memory and attention, psychological impacts of technology, and student academic success.   Miller was presenting a workshop on using cognitive psychology to create compelling learning experiences for the UTEP College of Engineering on Feb. 20.  She talks about some helpful techniques students teachers can take advantage of to improve their cognitive learning and memory.  http://cetal.utep.edu/docs/UTEP_Miller_Workshop-Feb20-2015.pdf
