For the past few weeks, much has been made about the Powerball jackpot, and for good reason. At $1.5 billion, it's the largest lottery prize in world history. But WESH 2's Michelle Meredith (@MichelleWESH) found out that sometimes winning isn't all it's cracked up to be.
