Dr. Sukal offers significant experience in action research methodologies, strategic planning, talent selection and management, organizational leadership, and data analysis strategies. His research interests and expertise include work-life balance, diversity management, telecommuting work arrangements, virtual team dynamics, person-organization fit, work compensation models, minority entrepreneurship, artificial neural networks, and leadership and social competencies. He is also an avid proponent of innovative software for pedagogical and career advances.
