Director of psychology, suicide expert to speak November 6

Dr. James Mazza, a University of Washington expert on adolescent suicide, will host a two-hour training for parents Wed., Nov. 6, 6 p.m., at the Camas Performing Arts Center, located at 14th and Garfield in Camas.

Mazza will work with parents to understand youth suicide, recognize warning signs and help students who may be at risk. This event is free to parents and is sponsored by a grant from the Camas Washougal Community Chest. Registration is not required.
