Deadly act likely to have been rehearsed

The co-pilot who apparently crashed the Germanwings flight was probably
“narcissistic” and “neurotic”, and may have practised his actions on a
flight simulator, according to an expert in the psychology of mass killers.

Craig Jackson, head of the department of psychology at Birmingham City
University, said that the focus on Andreas Lubitz’s alleged depression was
likely to be a “red herring”, with “personality factors” more likely to
explain his actions.
