MIDDLEBURG — Timothy and Debora Tice, of Middleburg, announce the engagement of their son, Daniel Tice, of Middleburg, to Megan Mulfinger, of Bellefonte.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Donald and Pamela Mulfinger, of Bellefonte. She is a 2005 graduate of Bellefonte High School, a 2009 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in criminology, and a 2013 graduate of Argosy University with a master’s degree in forensic psychology. She is employed by Rock View State Correctional Institute.
Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Midd-West High School, a 2008 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and a 2014 graduate of Walden University with a master’s degree in psychology with a concentration in public administration. He is employed by HMJ Base Service Unit.
An Oct. 10, 2015, wedding at C. Barton McCann School of Art, Petersburg, is being planned.
