Clinical psychologist joins local mental health practice

OSWEGO – Integrative Counseling Services, PLLC., under the direction of Dr. Jodi A. Mullen, Ph. D., will be welcoming Clinical Psychologist Jennifer (Lorence) Rapke, a Doctor of Psychology and a Licensed Psychologist in the state of New York. She will be conducting psychological, developmental, and forensic evaluations in the Oswego, Cicero, and Auburn offices.
