Salary: $74,958 - $81,138 p.a. plus 17% superannuation  

Full-time fixed-term position available for 3 years.

A motivated and experienced professional with developed organisational skills is needed to join the Centre for Positive Psychology (CPP) within the Melbourne Graduate School of Education (MGSE) at The University of Melbourne. The CPP contributes to the enhancement of high quality teaching and learning at the University of Melbourne through research-based professional development programs, and institutional consultancy and policy development of the highest standard. 

Reporting to the Chair of the Centre for Positive Psychology, the Centre Coordinator will be responsible for providing operational support to the Director and academic members of the Centre for Positive Psychology (CPP).  This role provides a senior administrator the opportunity to contribute to the development of this new Centre as an internationally renowned research centre of excellence in positive education and positive psychology. 

As the successful applicant, you will take a leading role in the day-to-day operational, finance and administrative functions of the centre. This will include contributing to planning, budgeting, tender development, compliance, marketing, and reporting in support of the Centre's research and teaching programs, projects and activities.

You will also be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative support in the Centre, including electronic diary management, coordinating meetings, functions and schedules, and fielding inquiries. to ensure maximum efficiency in the Centre's operations.
