Callum Wilson reveals how sports psychology helped him to first top flight hat …

Bournemouth striker Wilson aims to continue his goal-laden start to the season at Norwich tomorrow after netting four times in his first four games.

The former Coventry ace, 23, said: "The goals I scored last year don't count for anything and it's suddenly time to do it all over again, just this time in the Premier League.

"Some moments do stand out though, like seeing Thierry Henry talk about me on Monday Night Football. He was my idol growing up so things like that definitely give you confidence.

"It was frustrating not to score in our first two games, but when I got a hat-trick against West Ham it felt so good - like Bournemouth had finally arrived in the Premier League."

Wilson also admitted sessions with a sports psychologist have helped him with the transition to the top flight.
